This Privacy Policy explains how ClashReply (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website and workspace at clashreply.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email address and authentication credentials managed through Supabase Auth.
- Workspace content: messages you paste, generated drafts, case metadata, folders, and follow-up reminders you create.
- Usage data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security and reliability.
- Payment data: billing handled by Stripe (and PayPal if enabled). We receive plan status and transaction references, not full card numbers.
- Communications: support emails and product emails you receive from us (via Resend).
2. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- Generate and store response drafts you request.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions or letter credits.
- Send account, receipt, reminder, and product emails you opt into or that are necessary for the Service.
- Detect abuse, fraud, and technical issues.
3. AI processing
To generate drafts, message content you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) according to their policies. Do not submit information you are not permitted to share. We instruct the Service not to include full dispute content in marketing emails.
4. Service providers
We use trusted processors including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and cloud hosting providers. They process data only to perform services on our behalf.
5. Data retention
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active. You may delete letters and cases from your dashboard. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. payment records).
6. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and industry-standard practices. No online service is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. You may also unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in those messages.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and browser local storage for authentication sessions and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries where our providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards where required.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
